While Mohawk Valley native Scott Kirley loves living in Hawaii with his beautiful family these days, there are a few things from home he misses – friends, family – and Holland Farms half moons. Recently, a childhood friend decided to send him a dozen of the delectable treats, and Scott couldn’t have been happier.

“I was so glad to receive these treats,” Scott said. “I hadn’t had a half moon since 2006, the last time I was in New York.” He added that they definitely brought the taste of Utica directly to his tropical paradise. “The half moons were amazing – they tasted just like I remember.”

When you order our Party-To-Go package, you’ll get everything you need to make your party a smash hit! The package includes:

• Our “famous” potato salad
• Macaroni salad
• Tossed salad
• Baked ziti or eggplant parmesan
• Baked beans or scalloped potatoes
• White Mountain rolls
• Your choice of two meats – sausage & peppers, southern style chicken, meatballs, meat & cheese platter, or whole roasted ham, beef or turkey.

Your wedding day is special – you’ve planned it to reflect your personality, from the dress to the invitations to the venue. Holland Farms cakes have been served at weddings all over central New York for decades, and we’d love the opportunity to help make your wedding perfect, too.

When you order your wedding cake from Holland Farms, you will talk with one of our cake decorators or with an experienced clerk, who can help you design the wedding cake of your dreams. You can choose from a photo book of cakes we have done in the past, or you can bring in a picture, photo, or sketch of the cake you want and we will do our best to duplicate it.

We’ll help you to design a cake that will complement your wedding decor, and one of our experienced staff members will assemble your cake at your reception site – ready for you and your guests to enjoy.

We are able to do up to three wedding cakes each weekend. If your wedding is at a busy time of year, reserve your space now. A deposit of one-half the total cost is required when ordering a wedding cake. This deposit is refundable up to one week before the wedding. All wedding cakes must be paid for at least one week before the wedding. While we prefer to deliver within a 20-mile radius of Holland Farms, delivery beyond the 20-mile limit is possible and will be priced accordingly.
