Our featured cookies include both soft and crunchy chocolate chip, butter crunch, frosted butter or carrot, fig, oatmeal, molasses and our unique-to-Central New York halfmoons. Ramon Zayas, Bakery Production Manager at Holland Farms Bakery and Deli, ensures the freshness and quality of all the bakery goods sold in our store at 50 Oriskany Boulevard, Yorkville, N.Y. He and his staff of 15 bake from scratch very early morning to mid- afternoon, to ensure freshness and availability of all our products no matter what time of day you come in to make a purchase. Ramon, who owned Donato’s Bakery, has more than 37 years of baking experience, having learned his craft in several Utica bake shops. He is in the Guinness Book of Records for his 1993 making of the largest jelly bun in the world.
