Tomato pie has been a Utica favorite since the early 1900s, and Ramon Zayas, our Bakery Production Manager, has created his tasty recipe based on the original and best.

Ramon starts with a thick, Sicilian-style crust, which he then tops with a savory sauce and grated imported Parmesan cheese. And, we bake our tomato pies to perfection in-store, every day. Our tomato pies are available in 24-cut or 48-party cut, and are also available in half sizes.

In the mood for riggies and Utica greens? We have those, too. Carefully prepared using traditional recipes, these items are available daily on our hot lunch menu in the deli department.
